My name is Megan Foster and I'm a divorced mama. I've spent the last 3.5 years learning everything I could about healing after heartbreak to start feeling myself again.

As a university graduate, with a Bachelor's Degree in Science Psychology and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy + Mental Health.. I didn't expect for this journey to be so hard. This is why I have made it my mission to help other women reclaim their happy and become their best self after heartbreak.

I truly believe that time heals nothing. The pain does not just go away and happiness does not just show up. It is what we do during that time that allows us to start feeling ourselves again.
